After thirty years in the same Brentwood home, the owners decided the bathrooms were the thing holding it back. They were not moving, so everything had to keep working for them for the long run, not just look right on handover day.

We remodelled three bathrooms in the house. Each one got a spacious stand-up shower, and two have built-in benches and wall-length niches. New tile and new plumbing throughout, specified for an older couple who wanted to use the rooms comfortably for years.

Michael went with the owners to pick the materials, which is normal for us on interior work. It is easier to agree finishes standing in front of them than it is over a proposal, and it keeps the schedule honest once the work starts.
